Was that epic or what? I just love that all the zombie nin are capable of talking, and acting the way they did in life. Seeing Haku and Zabuza interact was just too cute. And Asuma...hoo boy. In a way, it really makes you dread the upcoming (undoubtedly awesome) fight-I mean, say Asuma kills Kurenai? And he's 'awake' for it? *shudders*

Deidara and Sasori. ROTFL. I reeeeally want to see Itachi now...and Shisui. Shisui has to be here somewhere. And Mito, and Izuna...or maybe they've yet to be revealed? I'm sure they would've made a big deal about those appearances, or at least Izuna's.

Gaara's speech. So awesome. I forgot how much I loved the guy, but this brought it all back. And how!

I'm loving these recent chapters~!

Agreed, it was awesomely epic! I have only just gotten up, but figured that I must read this before I go to school... and I sure wasn't disappointed! ^^

I too am happy to see the zombies still "thinking" like their usual selves... I just have Kabuchimaru will not gain complete control over them and turn them into mindless death machines! Damn him... >.<

I dunno, d'you think Kurenai will actually go into battle, considering that she's pregnant? That would surprise me a bit... but then again, this is the shinobi world, after all, and it would make quite some drama fodder...

Okay, so maybe I did feel a liiiiiiiiiittle bit disappointed that we didn't get to see Itachi. What I wish for is that Sasuke will see him (while Itachi still has his own mind) and then go completely bonkers on Kabuchimaru! Bam, pow, splat! XD

What a passionate speech Gaara delivered there! It's great to see all the ninja nations united in the face of such a threat... When this part gets animated, I might just hunt down the episode to see if they did a good job :3

I'm happy that the story picked up again after some filler material, though I still nearly forget the weekly updates until I see you've written a new entry about them. Thank you so much, SS! :D

Good point about Kurenai...although who knows; Kabutomaru might just be scummy enough to send someone after her anyway. I don't think he's sunk quite that low, but who knows anymore? I'm still dreading seeing Sasuke with Itachi's eyes. ;-;

ROTFL..."splat", indeed. *cheers* Why would he go after Kabutomaru, though? I'd think he'd be happy to see Itachi again?

Hoo boy...considering how long it takes them to animate the episodes (over here, at least :p), we won't be seeing that scene animated until we're in our thirties. *sigh*
