Woooow. Haven't seen that much blood in a Naruto chapter since...what, early days of Gaara? Yikes.

So Rin was biologically important? Maybe it had something to do with whatever she always covered up on her face? Think maybe she asked Kakashi to kill her so she wouldn't be useful to the enemy?

Oh, and why the heck were a pair of kids out in the Mist on their own, anyway?

Thoughts? At least we're getting more of a reason for Obito's madness than "Kakashi let the girl die". Well played, Kishi.

Not sure about exactly why Rin is important, but methinks your guess is good :)

Meh, I still think it's a bit of a stretch to want to plunge the entire world into a perpetual illusion... I mean, I'm not saying Rin's death isn't tragic, but considering it seems to truly have spawned his Moon Plan ("I won't acknowledge this!" <-- running away from accepting reality and later on won't want to let anyone else face this <-- problem of one person deciding everyone else's fate),... I dunno, it goes a tad overboard for me. Then again, you're talking to someone who's so bitter they always find a shadow when there really seems to be none and who acknowledges that that is unavoidable. Sometimes the shadows crush us, but we also "grow" due to them, learn from the experience (hopefully)...

Personally, I thought it was hilarious how often the "Gwah!" or "Gwaaaah!" sound was used ;D (I'm terrible for laughing at that, yes.)
