Eurgh, sorry you had such a sucky day! I agree, the storytime kids can get a little...shall we say rowdy. Sounds like Murphy's Law was in full effect. Ouch, that seems a little harsh of her. Have you had bad experiences with coworkers before? Honestly, your job is too big a part of your life to NOT have a decent relationship with them, IMHO; sometimes they're the ones who make a crappy job bearable. I think people in general are good, anyway, so somehow I doubt they'd sell you out for no reason. :\ Please don't say you're a failure. That is the last word I would ever use to describe you! It sounds like you're doing plenty with your life, and as long as it's making you happy you shouldn't need to change a thing. *hugs*
I would screech like a banshee, you would hear me all the way over there and it would be terrible. Sasuke deserves the closest thing to a happy ending he can get, dammit! *wails* SasuNaru fuel is always good, but...under those circumstances, IDK if I could stop crying long enough to appreciate it!
Oh, right, in this case it's a dragon made entirely out of gears and metal and magic. It's on the cover, actually. :) Yup, two of the four narrators are an adorable gay couple. And the other two are highly shippable as well (and both men, again). It's basically a slash fangirl's dream. xD I saw that too! Hallelujah, progress at last. Makes me even prouder to be a Girl Scout, to be honest; we dealt with this crap ages ago!
